Hérmes perfumer Christine Nagel was incredibly inspired by her first trip to the island of Kythira in the Peloponnese and wants to share the aroma of her experience with you. The luxury house has launched Un Jardin à Cythère, the seventh opus of the Hermés Jardin Collection. This citrus and woody fragrance contains notes of grasses, olive wood, and pistachio to invoke sunshine and is perfect for the new season. Describing the inspiration for the fragrance, Nagel poetically shares, “My garden grew close to the ground, but when I looked up, I discovered the presence of olive trees, planted like the backbone of the blonde hair formed by the grasses. I also saw the vivid flesh of pink pistachio, fresh and tender like rosy cheeks.”
