The Bachelorette alum, Trista Sutter is addressing the divorce rumors head-on. She has been dealing with people chattering about her marriage to Ryan Sutter for some time. It is common for Bachelor and Bachelorette romances to fail. Even the first Golden Bachelor marriage ended in divorce and the premiere season of The Golden Bachelorette just ended. Joan Vassos chose Chock Chapple to spend her life with and, in return, he popped the question. It is unclear if they will make it the long haul as they are not moving in together just yet. Time will tell but the first Bachelorette, Trista Sutter was very successful and has been married to Ryan Sutter for almost twenty-one years.

However, earlier this year, Ryan posted cryptic messages on social media. He alluded that Trista was taking personal time away from the family:

“Trista is at a place in life where she is searching a bit. An opportunity presented itself that may help her on that quest. With her family’s support, she has taken it. Part of that process means that she is temporarily inaccessible to us. I miss her. We miss her.”

Immediately, and with good reason, fans and followers assumed that she was ill, dead, or the couple was divorcing. They had no idea what was going on with Trista and were concerned for her. Now, the reason for her absence and Ryan’s message has been clarified. She was off in Wales filming Season 3 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

According to People, Trista Sutter took to her Instagram to break it all down for fans:

“Was it a divorce/nervous breakdown/mid-life crisis/death/trial separation back in May?! Not unless that’s what you call Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, season 3! 😜”

Trista will also be joined by fellow Bachelorette, Ali Manno and other reality stars, Olympians, pro sports players, actors, and more.
