These Morphing 3D Horror Prints By Artist Bob Luedke Are Incredible

The magic of Hollywood is remarkable. It can make you think what you are seeing on screen is real or at least linear. Take for instance the Scream movies. Once all the killing is done, and the mask is lifted, if the director and editor have done their jobs, we believe the killer was in the costume the whole time. But the truth is, many people, mostly stuntmen, did the work even if the stars get all the credit.

(Advice: Don’t look at the IMDb stunt cast list; it’s there you might accidently reveal the killer, or at least who is doubling for them—we haven’t looked at Scream VII).

Today we are celebrating those stunt actors and let’s face it they are actors. They give Ghostface its personality and menacing speed, crashing into glass cases and tumbling from second story balconies. You could say they are the heroes and the villains all at once. Their heroes because they make the Scream movies iconic and villains because they in effect, do the killing.

While we only post the names of these unsung professionals below, you can always celebrate them yourselves at horror festivals and comic cons. Pay for an autograph, take a selfie, but most of all say thank you to these masters of physical horror and suspense.
