Hermes drops a limited-edition trio of Fall 2023 lipsticks
Drawing inspiration from the colour black, Hermès unveils three limited-edition shades of Rouge Hermès Lipstick in tis newly released Fall/Winter 2023 collection. Designed to give off an air of dark sophistication, these lipsticks deposit a subtle veil of colour, with a non-sticky texture and a luminous finish.
Each shade invites wearers to explore the varied hues and tones of the mysterious shade of black, and how it can both oppose and compliment colour. “72 Rouge Bruni” is a warm-toned brick red, “84 Rouge Abysse” reads burgundy with a slight cobalt hue, and “90 Prunoir” is a plummy shade of purple.
All three shades are stored in tubes designed by Hermès Beauty objects creator Pierre Hardy, with their own individual and kaleidoscopic colour combinations stemming from the black hue at their core adorning the tube.
