Who else but hosts Wendy Stuart and Tym Moss could “spill the tea” on their weekly show “If These Walls Could Talk” live from Pangea Restaurant on the Lower Eastside of NYC, with their unique style of honest, and emotional interviews, sharing the fascinating backstory of celebrities, entertainers, recording artists, writers and artists and bringing their audience along for a fantastic ride.
Dorothy Bishop will be a featured guest on “If These Walls Could Talk” with hosts Wendy Stuart and Tym Moss on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 at 2 PM ET live from the infamous Pangea Restaurant.
Wendy Stuart is an author, celebrity interviewer, model, filmmaker and along with If These Walls Could Talk she hosts TriVersity Talk, a weekly web series with featured guests discussing their lives, activism and pressing issues in the LGBTQ Community.
Tym Moss is a popular NYC singer, actor, and radio/tv host who recently starred in the hit indie film “JUNK” to critical acclaim.
Dorothy Bishop trained at the Yale School of Music in Opera. She immediately moved to NYC and later joined the First Broadway National Tour of Terrence McNallys Tony award winning play “Master Class” starring Faye Dunaway. She then made her Carnegie Hall mainstage debut with the New York Pops singing Mimi in the famous la Boheme duet from Act I. Dorothy invented her own spectacular pop opera show and toured as a featured guest entertainer on the luxury cruise liners for the next 10 years. No stranger to comedy, Dorothy was also discovered as a then Sarah Palin look alike and was soon traveling the US as a political comedy impersonator. She was then cast in the smash Off Broadway hit Spamilton for 2 years where she impersonated the great broadway divas. She now has her open comedy impersonator show called “The Dozen Divas Show” which runs monthly in NYC at the famous Triad Theater! Her next live show is Friday March 29 at 7pm. Her special guest will be NYC Icon Michael Musto from the Village Voice and multiple television appearances including Documentaries, Film and a favorite NYC commenter for LGBT community on CNN!
Dorothy is also an educator and a very in demand vocal coach. She is on the voice faculty at AMDA (American Music and Dramatic Academy) and teaches in her own private studio.
Dorothy is thrilled to be the opening act for “Night of 1000 Stevie’s” this year! May 4th at Irving Plaza. NIGHT OF 1000 STEVIES is the largest and longest-running STEVIE NICKS fan event in the world. The much-loved annual is produced by founders CHI CHI VALENTI and JOHNNY DYNELL and their JACKIE FACTORY production company.
Dorothy is also excited to make her debut as Vera in Jerry Herman’s award-winning musical Mame with television star, Linda Purl (Happy Days, The Office, Matlock) as Mame at The Florida Theater this August. Directed by Broadway conductor Joey Chancey.
