Wendy might have a new Xenomorph ability in Alien: Earth Episode 4
The trailer for Alien: Earth Episode 4 dropped, and fans got a peek at the possible connection that Wendy shares with the Xenomorphs.
In Episode 3, titled “Metamorphosis,” Wendy, played by Sydney Chandler, fainted while she was heading toward the Prodigy lab after she heard the facehugger’s cries, who was being operated on by Kirsh, played by Timothy Olyphant.
This led many to believe that Wendy might have some sort of connection with the Xenomorphs. The main reason fans speculate this is because the cries of a Xenomorph can only impact the similar species and not a hybrid.
The trailer for Episode 4 starts with Wendy waking up as scientists surround her for questioning. They ask her what exactly happened to her outside the Prodigy lab. She replies, “I woke up and I heard it. It was screaming.” The clip also showcases Wendy trying to search for answers herself.
Additionally, despite Wendy being one of Boy Kavaliar’s first hybrids, she can somehow understand the Xenomorph language, which raised numerous questions among viewers. The reason for this is not out yet.
However, this can be due to her catching the frequency through which the Xenomorphs communicate, thanks to a special ability that only she possesses (via The Direct).
Episode 4 of Alien: Earth will drop on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
