‘American Idol’ John Foster Performs With Favorite Country Artist

John Foster’s time on American Idol has run its course, but the same can’t be said about his musical ambitions. Foster has already shared a few musical milestones with fans since his time on the show. Recently, he shared that he got the chance to perform with one of his own favorite country music artists.

John Foster Recently Shared A Photo Of Him Standing Beside One Of His Favorite Country Artists

Foster originally made headlines while competing on Season 23 of American Idol. He ended up the season’s runner-up, with Jamal Roberts winning the season.

Since then, Foster has continued to share his musical talents with fans, even recently making his debut at the Grand Ole Opry. In addition, Foster has also gotten to meet quite a few prominent figures in the music industry as he pursued his own career as a country crooner.

Taking to Instagram, Foster shared that he just got to collaborate with one of his favorite country music artists: Craig Morgan. He wrote, “Meeting and singing with one of my favorite artists, @craigmorgan, was such an awesome moment for me. One of the best ways to navigate this business is to learn from the greats that came before you, and that’s what I absolutely plan to do!”

The American Idol Alum Performed At The Cajun Country Jam With Another Country Star

Craig Morgan Greer is a country music artist who started his career in the 2000s. He is known for songs including “That’s What I Love About Sunday,” “Almost Home,” “International Harvester”, and “Love Remembers.” In addition to his music career, Morgan is also known for his military career, having served in the United States Army.

Foster hit the stage to perform alongside Morgan at the Cajun Country Jam. The two could be heard performing Morgan’s song, “Almost Home” together. While on stage, before the song started, Foster even called for fans to give Morgan a round of applause.

Taking to the comments, fans shared their excitement at Foster getting a chance to perform with Morgan. A few commenters even shared they saw the two perform on stage in person. Some comments included:
