Is Southern Charm star Craig Conover still active in his law career or has he given it up for good? He has put so much time and effort into his pillow company, Sewing Down South. Therefore, it would seem he has chosen another life path. So, is that the case? Read on for more details.
Craig Conover Still Active In Law Career?
Craig Conover was very into law school and all that went with it when Southern Charm began. Then, it came out he had never taken the bar exam which shook everyone to the core. Eventually, Craig did take and pass the bar which was a huge relief to all of those who had followed his journey. Despite that, he still wanted to try out other passions but did open his own law firm which has not seen much action in a few years. This may be due to the fact he has started Sewing Down South, a pillow company that has done immensely well.
He also has a podcast with co-star Austen Kroll called Pillows and Beer. This leads some to wonder if Craig cares about the law any longer. According to a Reddit thread, he is still keeping up with it. The OP wrote this:
- okay I have debated whether or not to post but I need to talk to people who care haha. I was at a SC bar continuing education class yesterday (you need ce credits to keep ur bar license) and CRAIG WAS THERE
They did doubt that he was actively pursuing his law career based on what he was asking and such. Regardless, Craig Conover does care enough to keep up. So, what did followers have to say and were they shocked?
- I listen to his pod and don’t think he is currently practicing. But it’s not a bad idea to keep his license!
- As an attorney, I’m always doing my CLEs online, so good for him going in person!
- I think Craig does free legal work for a charity.
- I think he just likes to cosplay as a lawyer without actually ever doing any legal work.
He Likes School
Apparently, Craig Conover had posted that he would be attending this class on his Instagram story and followers saw it. More so, he likes the classes because they give him a chance to “nerd out” as it was put. Some followers praised him for sticking with the classes and keeping his license up. They felt it was really smart of him and credited his girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo for his staying on the right path. Furthermore, it was noted he can do all of the legal work when it comes to his business even if he chooses not to practice.
Are you shocked that Craig still keeps up with his law license or did you think he would let it fall by the wayside? Let us know in the comments below.
