With encouragement from family, Joseph (Viv Leacock) heals an old rift. Gowen (Martin Cummins) councils Lucas (Chris McNally).

Viv Leacock Shares How Joseph Reunites With His Brother

There is more than Jack Thornton’s younger brother’s issues in this episode. There is another brother story that will continue through many episodes. In the upcoming WCTH episode “Brother’s Keeper,” Viv Leacock’s character Joseph is working on a reconciliation.

Speaking to TV Insider, Leacock reveals that Joseph is frustrated. After reaching out, he is stunned by his brother’s silence. “It’s going to be something that Joseph has to meet head-on, so to speak.” He continued by explaining that miscommunication between siblings can happen. Moreover, Viv shares that “depending on where you are in the order of siblings, you interpret things and what it all means.”

Unfortunately, sometimes words can lead to unexpected consequences. However, Minnie and the kids will be there to support Joseph. “Interestingly enough, the choir has a lot to do with this situation.”
