Isabella Strahan Flaunts New Hair Growth
Michael Strahan’s twin daughters, Isabella and Sophia, have moved back to college for the school year. Isabella is attending the University of Southern California, while Sophia is headed to Duke University.
After she announced that she was officially cancer-free last month, Isabella Strahan is getting back into her regular life. She’s got a new apartment and is returning to school. In her latest update on social media, fans got to see the changes in her appearance.
A TikTok video showed Isabella dancing around her new apartment on August 21. In the comments, one TikTok user pointed out how much her hair has grown. While she was going through chemotherapy and radiation, Isabella lost all of her hair, which used to be long and curly.
“Hair growing in so prettyyy,” the person wrote under the video. Isabella responded, “Thanks wifey.”
Like her sister Sophia, Isabella Strahan shared some of the details of moving back to school for the year. She shared a photo of herself and her mom, Jean Muggli. The photo was captioned, “Back at USC.” Her mom shared a similar photo with her other daughter, Sophia, earlier in the week.
Cancer-Free & Thriving
Last October, Isabella had to undergo emergency brain surgery to remove a medulloblastoma, a malignant type of brain tumor. Over the next several months, she had to undergo two more brain surgeries, four rounds of chemotherapy, and radiation therapy.
She recapped her experience in a TikTok video this month. “Was a great year,” she wrote, “till it wasn’t.”

Her NFL superstar dad was by her side every step of the way. In January, Michael Strahan and his daughter gave a joint interview on Good Morning America detailing her diagnosis. The GMA host has taken a lot of time off in recent months to be there for Isabella.
In June, he paid tribute to his daughter’s battle against on Instagram after she finished her last round of chemo. He wrote, “@isabellastrahan you are a SUPERWOMAN. Ringing that bell finishing chemo and on your way. You continue to fight with a smile on your face, strength, and determination. I am one proud Dad! Love you, Bella.”
Although Isabella Strahan was officially declared “cancer-free” in July, her condition will continue to be monitored by her medical team. She will have to return to the doctor in October for more scans.
On her YouTube channel, she said, “I miss my doctors already and everyone who’s helped me because they’re all so nice. I feel like I’m just saddened today, knowing that I wasn’t going to be going back for a while because I love them so much.”
