Halloween monsters, a shit ton of practical gore, and an indie trilogy heading home on physical media. That’s a pretty good way to get into the spirit of the season.
The Barn Part III is now available to preorder on Blu-ray and VHS through Scream Team Releasing, with shipping estimated for mid-October 2026. The Blu-ray even includes an anaglyph 3D version with special-edition glasses!
Directed by Justin M. Seaman, the intended final installment in his Halloween-set trilogy continues the series’ do-it-yourself spirit with murderous monsters and some seriously messy effects. We premiered the trailer back in August, and its old-school Halloween chaos remains a hell of a selling point.
Our own Chad Collins awarded the film 3.5/5 in his Panic Fest review, praising the effects by Cody Ruch and Samantha Sanford while finding the story considerably thinner.
“The Barn: Part III is all carnage, little story. With gore this exceptional, Justin M. Seaman’s trilogy-capper succeeds nonetheless,” Chad wrote.
According to Scream Team’s announcement, those effects have also collected awards at Smodcastle Horror Fest, Crimson Screen, GenreBlast, Houston Horror Film Festival, and Days of the Dead.
The preorder options include:

- Blu-ray with slipcover — $24.99, featuring slipcover artwork by Graham Humphreys.
- Signed Blu-ray with slipcover — $69.99.

In the film, Josh Harper, played by Courtney Gains (Children of the Corn), has spent years protecting Helen’s Valley and his sister Heather, played by Kelli Maroney (Chopping Mall), from the barn’s monsters. Now, something sinister threatens to bring them back.
William Ragsdale (Fright Night), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), and John Kassir (Tales from the Crypt) also star alongside Tristan Olsen and Amanda Byrne.
