MCU fans got a new look at Patrick Stewart‘s Professor X Avengers: Doomsday outfit. The acclaimed actor recently passed away at 86. The upcoming movie will mark his final on-screen performance.
Funko’s new promotional collectible for Patrick Stewart’s Charles Xavier has offered a proper look at the iconic X-Men character’s full costume. Professor X can be seen wearing an all-black outfit. The collectible will be available on November 8, 2026.
Patrick Stewart and Rebecca Romijn’s X-Men characters join the Avengers: Doomsday collectible lineup
The latest Funko Collection also features Rebecca Romijn’s Mystique in her white costume. The popular female X-Men character will return in Doomsday with a crucial role.
Professor X and Mystique are the newest characters to receive their own Funko Pops following Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom, Chris Evans’ Steve Rogers, Channing Tatum’s Gambit, Ian McKellen’s Magneto, and more. The X-Men will also play an important role in the storyline alongside the Avengers cast.
According to the official synopsis, the MCU epic will follow “heroes from three distinct universes as they’re set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered.”
The long-running multiversal chapter will conclude with Doomsday, followed by next year’s Secret Wars. Marvel has left no stone unturned in hyping up the main villain, Victor von Doom. He recently received several new promotional posters which clearly position him as a force to be reckoned with.
Directed by Joe Russo and Anthony Russo, Avengers: Doomsday will release on December 18, 2026. Its ensemble cast also features Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova/Black Widow, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, and Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, among others.
