Morrissey Cancels Las Vegas Residency Due to “Unforeseen Logistical Challenges”

I would make a witty joke, but it’s Friday night and I’ve written this same lede hundreds of times over the lifespan of Consequence, and at a certain point you just run out of original ideas. Anyhow, with just a week’s notice Morrissey has canceled his upcoming four-night residency at the Wynn Las Vegas due to “unforeseen logistical challenges.”

As of now, the rest of Morrissey’s scheduled late summer/early fall US tour, including an appearance at Chicago’s Riot Fest where he’ll open for Tool, remains on the calendar, but honestly, who knows.
