Tom Sandoval is taking Ariana Madix to court!
As Perezcious readers know, Tom’s former mistress Rachel Leviss has been going after the Vanderpump Rules stars in a shocking revenge porn lawsuit. The legal battle first began in late February when Rachel accused Ariana and Tom of eavesdropping, revenge porn, and invasion of privacy. Tom countersued her in April, arguing the filing was “a thinly veiled attempt to extend [Leviss’] fame and to rebrand herself as the victim.” He also requested the suit be dismissed or amended.
Similarly, the actress filed her own countersuit claiming that the ex-Bravo star was only seeking to “punish” and “blame Ms. Madix for the negative reaction [she] received as a result of her affair.” She insisted that she never shared “any of the video footage she found” with anyone but Leviss. But now she has another suit to deal with! After already hitting back at his infamous ex’s lawsuit, Tom is now going after his other ex, too!

On Tuesday, Us Weekly obtained court documents showing the Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras star accused his former live-in girlfriend of accessing explicit videos of Rachel on his cell phone without his “authorization.” He claimed Madix “obtained access” to his phone on March 1, 2023, where she viewed videos of Tom and Rachel without his “authorization or permission.”
As everyone knows by now, Scandoval broke out when Tom was performing with his band and his phone fell out of his pocket. Ariana held onto it for him but then got an urge to just check things out. That’s when she found videos of the affair and all hell broke loose. Despite previously slamming Rachel’s suit, the TomTom bar owner seems to be siding with her now in his filing by claiming Ariana not only viewed the clips but “made copies” of the NSFW content and shared it with “Leviss and third parties” without his permission. Jeez!
The Chicago star’s attorney Jordan Susman reacted to the shocking claims in a statement to Us on Tuesday, arguing:
“It is abhorrent that Tom Sandoval continues to torment Ms. Madix. From engaging in an illicit affair that shattered her home and stability, to months of emotional warfare and now this attempt to further shirk personal responsibility for the effects his actions have had on her and her emotional wellbeing. Tom Sandoval knows full well what sort of privileges he and Ms. Madix shared in regard to their personal communication devices.”
The statement continued:
“If he or his mistress had their way, it would be illegal for someone to discover their spouse or significant other was having an affair. For Mr. Sandoval to go from begging Ms. Madix for forgiveness to blaming her for his wrongdoing speaks for itself. Even months after the New York Times branded Mr. Sandoval ‘the most hated man in America,’ he has clearly learned nothing and believes it necessary to continue torturing Ms. Madix in a vain effort to rehabilitate his image. Ms. Madix is confident that a jury will see through this latest ploy and dismiss his frivolous claims.”

Tom’s attorney, Matthew Geragos (the brother of Rachel’s lawyer Mark Geragos, FYI), then clapped back very early on Wednesday, saying:
“While Tom Sandoval accepts responsibility for his affair, he strongly denies the allegations of the lawsuit filed by Rachel Leviss against him and Ms. Madix. In order to ensure a fair and just determination of responsibility among all parties involved, we filed a cross complaint on behalf of Mr. Sandoval. This customary legal action was crucial to ensure that liability, if any, is fairly distributed based on the actual level of involvement and fault of each party. We aim to resolve this legal dispute with upmost respect towards all parties involved.”
Yeah, so basically, he’s trying to avoid any blame. Again. Ugh!
But as mentioned, this lawsuit is especially s**tty coming from Tom considering how he made a big show of defending Ariana against Rachel’s suit on the VPR reunion! At the time, he called the Rachel Goes Rogue podcaster’s legal move “insane” and also claimed it made him question if she has a “f**king soul.” But, um, now he’s doing the same thing?!? Make it make sense!
It really seems like we might NEVER be over with this Scandoval drama! Reactions?! Sound OFF (below)!
