Perez Hilton was found by his sister “standing in front of the shower, naked, covered in blood, with a box cutter in his hand,” according to The U.S. Sun. He was taken to the hospital on a mental health hold. His family later shared that the blogger needed surgery after extensive blood loss. He’s still hospitalized today.
