Former Unexpected star Rilah Ferrer has welcomed her second child, a baby girl, as she is currently on probation for cyberbullying. Viewers may remember her from Season 3 and her contentious relationship with her first baby daddy. So, who did she have a baby with, and when will her probation end? Keep reading for more details.
Rilah Ferrer Is A Mommy Again
Viewers last saw Rilah Ferrer on Season 3 of Unexpected when she was with Anthony Varelli. They were expecting a daughter, but that did not work out. He has been in and out of trouble on a regular basis, and now Rilah is in hot water. She was dating a man named Thomas for four years, from 2020 to 2024. During that time, they had exchanged explicit photos, but Rilah allegedly took one of his and made it his social media profile picture. Per the police:
“During the time of the relationship, Thomas had taken explicit photos of himself and sent them to Rilah. He also advised that Rilah had also taken explicit photos of him of her own. Thomas stated these pictures were taken with the expectation that they would remain between them.”
That did not happen, so the Unexpected alum was placed on probation. At the same time, she and her new boyfriend, Edward, announced they were having a baby. He shared the big news back in January, and now the little girl is here. However, Rilah will be on probation until 2027, so she needs to stay on track. Per Starcasm, she also needs to:
- Enroll in mental health evaluation within 180 days of this plea and to complete any recommended treatment within 300 days of this plea
- Complete 8 hour online harassment course within 180 days of this plea.
- Perform 40 hours of community service by May 30, 2027.
- Have no contact with Thomas or go near his home or employer.
This Is A Sad Situation
Unexpected followers were shocked that Rilah Ferrer had a second baby. Moreover, they could not believe that she was able to bring her home given the circumstances. It’s a murky situation, but she seems to be working on her life; at least that is the hope:
