Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly had a lot to say about Ryan Seacrest’s recent thirst trap photo. She wondered how the game show host found time to stay fit amid his insanely busy schedule. She suggested that he might be using drugs to stay in shape at his age. Keep reading for more on her shocking accusations.
American Idol Host Ryan Seacrest, 51, Stuns With Ripped Abs
Ryan Seacrest dreaded turning 50 last year. He started a strict diet and exercise regimen months before his milestone birthday. TheWheel of Fortune host shares workout videos on social media. He even works out during vacation, sharing a video in September of a squat-dumbbell combo on the beach.
Regular exercise is part of his daily routine. However, fans were still shocked earlier this month when he shared a snapshot of his shredded abs and shockingly fit physique. He shared another post that explained how he balances his exercise routine while still enjoying pizza and wine.
“When I get free time away from work, it looks a lot like this,” he captioned a video that showed him cycling to a bakery for cinnamon buns. “Cycling 30 miles and stopping at the bakery on the way back. It’s gardening the produce and homemaking the pizza. It’s drinking the wine, and still making my workout the next day. Balance is not always a given, but it’s created.”

Megyn Kelly Questions Ryan Seacrest’s Fit Body, Suggests Drug Use
Megyn Kelly welcomed journalist Maureen Callahan to her radio show earlier this week. The former NBC anchor kicked off a discussion about Ryan Seacrest by calling him “thirsty” for attention for posting the thirst trap of his abs.
“Why is Ryan Seacrest so nude and so thirsty for attention? This is sad,” Megyn Kelly said. “The full-body spray tan, the completely evened-out skin tone, and then the carved-out definition. I’m sure that’s body makeup enhancing what’s carved out there.”
Her guest compared Ryan Seacrest to Sylvester Stallone. “We just did a piece on Monday about Sylvester Stallone, who gave a great interview to The New York Times. He spoke about how, at the height of his physical peak during the Rocky and Rambo era, he developed bulimia and had something like 2.4% body fat.”
Maureen Callahan also said that Sylvester Stallone admitted to using steroids to keep his body in shape for Rocky andRambo. While the hosts didn’t outright accuse Ryan Seacrest of using steroids, they’re convinced he uses GLP-1 drugs, something fans have speculated about for months.
“His face has changed. He was a good-looking guy, a little too vanilla for my taste, but good-looking. Now he’s gaunt. His cheeks are hollowed out. He looks like he’s starving,” Megyn Kelly said about Ryan Seacrest.
She expressed disbelief about what he claimed kept his body in shape. “He told Entertainment Tonight that he’s eating better, overtraining, and doing lots of recovery and muscle recovery. Cold plunging and steaming. Okay, I cold plunge. I steam. I sauna. That doesn’t cause that. It doesn’t cause that,” Megyn Kelly said.
She also wondered when he had time after working 14-16 hours on his radio show,Wheel of Fortune,American Idol, and all his other jobs. Ryan Seacrest has never addressed speculation that he uses Ozempic to stay fit. Share your thoughts in the comments.
