Welcome To Plathville star, Ethan and Olivia Plath had many episodes devoted to their marriage ending. But ideas were pointing to Olivia reopening the door for Ethan in the future. Not only was the divorce not finalized, but there were other teasers she could entertain coming back. Fans see some behaviors that make them think Olivia is already back in the Plath family.
Ethan And Olivia Plath Had A Long Break Up
In Welcome To Plathville Season 6, Olivia Plath and her sister, Lydia Meggs, went to see a fortune teller. Much to her dismay, the reading indicated that she and her ex, Ethan Plath, would reunite in the future. Undoubtedly, at that point, she had no desire to get back together. As the season went on, she tried out speed dating and even had a serious guy by the end. Seemingly, in the finale, she was taking steps to move across the country to be closer to him. Although her life is moving right along away from Ethan, some fans don’t think there could be a show without Olivia. Since a big portion of the series has focused on the animosity between the Plath family and Olivia, how will the storyline continue if she doesn’t come back into the fold?
Veronica Peters Calls Out The Plath Family Again
While Olivia Plath was never seen as the “golden child” during the show, she stuck to her guns. In Season 6, Veronica Peters called her a narcissist after one encounter with her. On Reddit, Welcome To Plathville fans discuss a post that Veronica made on her and Micah Plath’s joint Instagram account. First, a user says, “From Veronica’s Instagram story.” Then, they attach a screenshot that says, “Ever met someone’s family and been like, ‘Yeah, you can’t help it. It’s all y’all.’” Furthermore, the Redditor adds, “I wonder who this could be referencing?!” Lately, Veronica has been poking at the Plath family in a backhanded manner.
- Another commenter jokes, “I thought it was all Olivia’s fault 🙄.”
- “Trouble in Plath paradise! We all saw this coming.”
Fans Think Olivia Is Back In The Plath Family?
After the initial post, Welcome To Plathville fans continued the conversation about Veronica Peters’ post. But some people think Olivia Plath has returned to the family. After seeing several of Veronica’s posts, fans think there is an echo in the room.
- Another poster adds a link to a different Reddit feed that talks about similarities between Veronica Peters and Olivia Plath. The Reddit said, “So is this how her and Olivia became friends lol.” Then, added several posts where Veronica sounds just like Olivia.
- Someone else says, “Yes. So cringe the way she came in and acted like she’d always been there. I love that she doesn’t like Olivia and doubtfully ever met. Ole Ronnie just wants to be relevant lolol.”
- Additionally, a user says, “I hope the end of next season is a big apology to Olivia..”
- But fans foresee Veronica Peters as the “new Olivia Plath” in the family. They think, “She’s gonna regret going with the handle Veronica Plath!”
- Furthermore, someone is ready for a team-up, “Bro imagine if her and Olivia decided to be besties.”
‘The Enemy Of My Enemy Is My Friend’
Seemingly, Welcome To Plathville is in for a treat because there may be a connection between Olivia Plath and Veronica Peters.
- Someone says, “I truly love this for her. Olivia was the Narc? Right, Veronica. 🙄 It’s almost like the Plath’s are the issue. Hope she learned a lesson here.”
- “She didn’t. She might not still. But it seems she’s no longer the golden girlfriend. My guess is Kim and her riff now. OP is suggesting that Olivia and Veronica will be friends now that Veronica is getting the Olivia treatment.”
- “Yeah, she called her a narcissist in the show. But in one of the post-season interviews she did, Olivia said that they’re ‘friends now.’” The user references Pink Shade’s October 2, Episode 857. They come around toward each other and Olivia teases, “Barry doesn’t love her anymore.“
- Someone else adds, “Trauma bonding lol.”
